TERMS OF SERVICE
OVERVIEW
Welcome to Squirrels Stash.
These Terms of Service explain the terms that apply when you visit our website or purchase from Squirrels Stash.
Squirrels Stash is a UK-based small business offering mystery and surprise products through our woodland-themed “Stash Rustle” experience. Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
1. SQUIRRELS STASH & ACORNS
Customers purchase “Acorns”, which determine the number of Stash Wheel spins included in their order.
Our current options and prices are:

Postage and packaging is currently £4.50 per order unless otherwise stated at checkout.
The price displayed and charged at checkout is the price applicable to your order.
“Acorns” are the name we use for our purchasable Stash Rustle options. They are not a currency, cash equivalent, gambling token or redeemable for cash.
2. HOW A STASH RUSTLE WORKS
Each Acorn gives the customer one spin of the Squirrels Stash Wheel.
Depending on where the wheel lands, your Stash Rustler will use the corresponding activity to select the treasure(s) for that part of your order.
Activities may include the Secret Stash Scoop, Paw Dice, the Stash Gang’s Gatcha Balls and the Stash Gang’s Treasure Bags.
The fun of Squirrels Stash is that these elements contain a random or mystery component. This means customers will not know the exact items they will receive before their Stash Rustle takes place.
3. MYSTERY ITEMS & PRODUCT VARIATION
Photographs, videos, social-media posts and examples shown by Squirrels Stash illustrate the types of treasures that may be available. Unless a particular item is expressly guaranteed in a product description, they do not guarantee that you will receive the exact items shown.
Stock changes regularly and the contents of the Stash will vary.
We aim to provide items appropriate to the category selected during the Stash Rustle and to the customer information supplied with the order.
Colours, designs, brands, styles and individual products may vary according to availability.
4. LITTLE & GROWN-UP SQUIRRELS
Where offered at checkout, customers can select:
Little Squirrel – Girl
Little Squirrel – Boy
Adult Squirrel
Customers may also provide information such as age, likes or preferences in the “Anything Stanley should know?” box.
We will use this information where reasonably possible to help us choose suitable treasures. However, preferences are requests rather than guarantees of particular products, characters, colours, themes or brands.
For Little Squirrels, customers should provide accurate age information where requested so that we can choose age-appropriate items as far as reasonably possible.
A parent or responsible adult should check products, packaging, warnings and age recommendations before giving them to a child.
5. THE GOLDEN ACORN
From time to time, a special Golden Acorn may be hidden amongst the Stash.
If the Golden Acorn appears during an eligible Stash Rustle, the customer will receive an additional treat or prize at no extra charge.
The Golden Acorn is a free promotional surprise. Customers do not pay separately to participate, and purchasing an order does not guarantee that a Golden Acorn will appear.
We may change, pause or withdraw the Golden Acorn promotion.
6. ORDERS & PAYMENT
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase from Squirrels Stash.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.
Please check your order information, delivery address and Squirrel selection carefully before completing your purchase.
If we are unable to accept or fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where payment has already been taken.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are sent to the delivery address supplied by the customer at checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to postal or courier services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers should contact Squirrels Stash if an order appears to be significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged so that we can investigate and assist.

8. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Your rights to cancel an online order, return goods or receive a refund are governed by applicable UK consumer law, including any statutory rights that apply to distance purchases.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict or remove those rights.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, customers should notify us within the applicable cancellation period. Returned products should be handled with reasonable care.
Different rules may apply to goods that are personalised, made to a customer’s specification, perishable, sealed for hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery, or otherwise covered by a lawful exception to cancellation rights.
Receiving a mystery or randomly selected item does not by itself remove any statutory cancellation rights that apply.
If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights, please contact us.

9. PRICES
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).
Any delivery charge applicable to an order will be displayed before the customer completes checkout.
We may change our prices or promotions from time to time, but this will not alter the agreed price of an order that has already been accepted.
10. WEBSITE INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to keep product information, prices and other information accurate.
Occasionally an error or omission may occur. If an error materially affects an order, we will contact the customer and explain the available options.
Colours and appearance can vary slightly depending on screens and devices.
11. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not misuse our website or services, attempt to interfere with their operation or security, introduce malicious software, use them unlawfully, infringe intellectual-property rights or use our services in a way that harms other users.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, Squirrels Stash branding, original written content, graphics, designs and other original material created for Squirrels Stash belong to Squirrels Stash or are used with appropriate permission.
Third-party product names, characters, brands and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing on our website gives customers permission to reproduce or commercially exploit Squirrels Stash material without appropriate permission.
13. PRIVACY
Personal information supplied through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain information required to provide its ecommerce services.

Squirrels Stash is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Squirrels Stash. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Squirrels Stash, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Squirrels Stash.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when our services, promotions or legal requirements change.
The Terms applicable to an order will be those in effect when that order is placed, except where a change is required by law.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
